Following the announcement from the New Zealand Government and to limit the spread of COVID-19, SkyCity, SkyCity Hotel and The Grand by SkyCity will be closed from Monday 23 March 2020 until further notice.

Can I cancel my hotel booking?

Yes, you can. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

When can I book?

You can book now for stays from 1 June 2020 onwards.

Is the car park open?

No, the SkyCity main site car park is closed, until further notice.
