We have received updated advice from Auckland Regional Public Health that a guest who visited the SkyCity casino main gaming floor between the hours of 1.15am and 3.00am on Saturday 14th of August has tested positive for COVID-19.
SkyCity is working with public health services to provide necessary information for contact tracing purposes and have closed off the area to undergo a deep clean.
The wellbeing of our guests is of paramount importance to us and we are committed to delivering robust health and safety standards to manage the risks associated with COVID-19.
We would advise any SkyCity customers who were on the main gaming floor between 1:00am and 3:00am on Saturday morning please self-isolate and call Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice on what to do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is free and you can call any time – it is open all day every day.
Following the Government's announcement that New Zealand will move to Alert Level 4 from midnight Tuesday 17th August, SkyCity Auckland is closed until further notice.
SkyCity Hamilton and SkyCity Queenstown are currently open, with stringent COVID-19 'Delta' Alert Level 2 measures in place. More information can be found below:
