  • Refunds/cancellations

    We are unable to provide a refund on a cake that has been consumed. A full refund will be provided, via the credit card used to process payment, to cancelled orders at least 48 hours before intended collection time. Confirmation of the accepted refund timeline must be provided by SkyCity via the booking confirmation email. Cancelled orders requested within 48 hours of intended pick up are not eligible for a refund.

  • Do you cater for allergens?

    Our cakes are made in an environment that contains food allergens. Eggs, milk, gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
  • How should I store my cake?

    All our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and taken out to be brought to room temperature half hour prior to serving.
  • Do you deliver?

    Yes we do. Cost to deliver is based on the delivery location within Auckland. Full pricing details can be found on our ordering site. SUCRÉ by SkyCity will not be liable for damage caused during delivery. Once a delivery date is confirmed, you will receive tracking details from our delivery partner.
  • Where do you deliver to?

    Delivery is currently available within Auckland CBD, Monday to Friday. Please contact us via the enquiry form to arrange delivery outside this area.

  • Where do I collect my cake from?

    Orders may be picked up at day/time of collection at the concierge front desk located at The Grand by SkyCity Hotel Concierge - 90 Federal Street, SkyCity Auckland, 1010. 09 363 7003

  • Who do I contact for questions about my cake or order?

  • Can I add a cake to my hotel or restaurant booking?

    Yes you can. For restaurant bookings, we offer a selection of cakes that can be added to your reservation via our sevenrooms booking platform, or for ordering via our SUCRÉ by SkyCity, please ensure you make additional comments (including reservation date, time and restaurant) so we can ensure your cake is delivered correctly.
    For hotel reservations, please ensure you make additional comments (including reservation date) so we can ensure your cake is delivered correctly.
  • Do you have a credit card surcharge?

    Yes, a credit card, contactless and online payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply.

    The surcharge is set at a level which assist us to recover some of the merchant fee costs charged to us by banks and credit card companies. Payments using cash or debit cards (contactless is chargeable) are not affected. If you have any questions about the surcharge, please talk directly with the Duty Manager. We appreciate your understanding.
