Inspired by the 'Street Food' trend, this 'Walk 'n Fork' style is based around gourmet snacks and for those who just love trying something new. From cook-to-order laksa stations, cut-to-order sashimi, freshly-shucked oysters, or a cold-rock ice-cream station, smashed and folded ice-cream with toppings in a gooey mess of deliciousness, your guests are both fed and entertained.
