Our restaurants are celebrating truffle season with exclusive menu additions that hero this delicacy in all its glory – offering you a once-a-year taste of true winter indulgence. At the heart of it all is The Grill with a showstopping five-course truffle tasting menu, curated by Head Chef Shiva Kudav. Indulge in seasonal ingredients and generous shavings of locally sourced truffle woven through every dish, it's the ultimate winter indulgence.
Also on offer, a decadent Surf & Turf special at The Grill - Half a New Zealand crayfish and Maple & Marble sirloin steak, with a complimentary side for $125. Elevate it with fresh truffle shavings. Or enjoy Huami's iconic Peking fruitwood roasted duck with truffles and fresh truffle prawn 'ha kao' topped with black truffle shavings.

Each chef has reinterpreted a beloved dish from their past, infusing it with the unique flavours and culinary identity of the restaurant they helm. From family roasts to regional favourites, these limited-edition creations blend nostalgia with innovation, allowing guests to experience the personal stories and creativity of our chefs in a deeply immersive way.
