It's quick and easy to sign up to SHOW by SkyCity.
Existing Premier Rewards members do not need to sign up. You can continue to use your current Premier Rewards card to earn Rewards Points and redeem rewards.
If you'd like to swap your current Premier Rewards card to a new SHOW by SkyCity Rewards card, visit the main casino floor or VIP reception — bring in your current Premier Rewards card and valid photo ID, confirm your residential address, and we'll take your photo and issue you a new card.
Your existing membership tier and all accrued Premier Points and Premier Bonus Dollars will transfer across to our newly branded loyalty programme, SHOW by SkyCity Rewards, when you pick up your new card.

SHOW by SkyCity Rewards members can earn Rewards Points, which you can redeem for exciting rewards. You can also enjoy a wide range of benefits such as discounted parking, great-value food and beverage offers, entry into draws and promotions and much more.
To start earning Rewards Points, you must opt in to SHOW by SkyCity Rewards either upon sign up or by visiting a Guest Services Desk. If you don't opt in, you'll simply be considered a SHOW by SkyCity Player cardholder, which enables you to play at a SkyCity Casino.
By earning the requisite number of Rewards Points over a continuous six-month period, members may be offered membership to a higher tier, allowing access to greater benefits and rewards.
Every time you play, dine, stay or explore SkyCity across New Zealand, your SHOW by SkyCity Rewards card earns you Rewards Points that you can turn into real rewards. From Rewards Dollars to use on the casino floor, to member discounts at participating restaurants and hotels, exclusive event access and member pricing at attractions like the Sky Tower — your card is how you get more from every visit.
Card in at a Gaming Machine, swipe in before you take a seat at a Table Game, hand it over when you pay for lunch or dinner, or use it when you check in to your hotel room or buy entry tickets to the Sky Tower. However you experience SkyCity, your Rewards Points follow you.
Rewards Dollars
From time to time SkyCity will gift or award Rewards members with Rewards Dollars. They can be redeemed for Gaming Machine credits and/or Bonus Play Chips to be used on selected games at SkyCity Casino.
One Rewards Dollar equals $1 in Gaming Machine credits or $1 in Bonus Play Chips. Rewards Dollars are valid for three months from the time of issue.

SkyCity reserves the right to amend or cancel any of these benefits and rewards, or change the number of Rewards Points required for access to each tier, at any time without notice. **Rewards Points earned in a continuous six-month period.
(A) Get one free car park (one entry and one exit) by earning 10 Rewards Points or more gaming in one day* at SkyCity Auckland. Free car park must be used within 7 days of being earned. Parking is subject to availability and the applicable car parking terms and conditions.
(B) Get one free beverage from the vending machines on the Main Casino Floor by earning one Rewards Point or more from Gaming Machine or Table Game play in one day* at SkyCity Auckland.
(C) At any SkyCity Auckland restaurant, bar, café or Sky Tower admissions, the Sky Tower Gift Shop, or for parking or Gaming credits at SkyCity Auckland.
(D) From the vending machines on the Main Casino Floor.
(E) Personalised room rates are available when a room at SkyCity Hotel, The Grand by SkyCity or Horizon by SkyCity is booked through the SkyCity Contact Centre on 0800 759 2489. A valid SHOW by SkyCity Rewards account number is required at the time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability (certain close-out periods may apply).
(F) A SHOW by SkyCity Gold Rewards member can enter and exit the main site car park an unlimited number of times each day, but must not exceed a stay of 24 hours, subject to availability and the applicable car parking terms and conditions.
(G) For Rewards members only. Valid SHOW by SkyCity Gold card must be presented to the Sky Tower ticketing office on entry. Sky Tower free admission tickets must be used on the day of issue. Limit of one free ticket per day. Not for commercial use. Offer applies to Sky Tower admission only. Excludes Magic Memories, SkyWalk and SkyJump.
(H) In a reserved area available 24 hours a day, subject to availability and the applicable car parking terms and conditions.
(I) Available from a selected range in PLATINUM, BLACK and EIGHT.
(J) For members and up to two guests. Valid SHOW by SkyCity Rewards Platinum card must be presented to the Sky Tower ticketing office on entry. Sky Tower free admission tickets must be used on the day of issue. Limit of one free member ticket and two free guest tickets per day. Not for commercial use. Offer applies to Sky Tower admission only. Excludes Magic Memories, SkyWalk and SkyJump.
(K) For members and up to four guests. Valid SHOW by SkyCity Rewards VIP Black card must be presented to the Sky Tower ticketing office on entry. Sky Tower free admission tickets must be used on the day of issue. Limit of one free member ticket and four free guest tickets per day. Not for commercial use. Offer applies to Sky Tower admission only. Excludes Magic Memories, SkyWalk and SkyJump.
(L) For members only. Valid SHOW by SkyCity Rewards Sapphire card must be presented to the Sky Tower ticketing office on entry. Offer applies to Sky Tower admission only. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes Magic Memories, SkyWalk and SkyJump.
(M) Personalised room rates are available when a room at SkyCity Hotel, The Grand by SkyCity or Horizon by SkyCity is booked through the SkyCity Contact Centre on 0800 759 2489 or by speaking to one of our VIP hosts. A valid SHOW by SkyCity Rewards account number is required at the time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability (certain close-out periods may apply).
(O) At any SkyCity Hamilton restaurant, bar, or for parking or Gaming credits at SkyCity Hamilton.
(P) At any SkyCity Queenstown restaurant or bar.
(Q) Discount applies to the SHOW by SkyCity Rewards member and up to three guests per visit. Walk-in purchases or phone bookings only. Maximum of one visit per day.
(R) One bill per table/transaction. Discount covers a maximum group of six guests (including the member). Discount up to a maximum of $100 per day per member. The SHOW by SkyCity Rewards member must pay the bill. Discount excludes the sale of cigarettes.
