Think fish & chips at the beach but not as you know it. We’ve re-created this kiwi classic using tempura whitebait, kina emulsion, L&P kombucha and unmatched views of the Hauraki Gulf.
Inspired by the traditions of Hāngī, manākitanga and the spirit of inclusiveness, ambitious Chef Abhi celebrates his interpretation of this technique with the creation of our Nō Te Hāngī dish - combining New Zealand wagyu short rib, onion soil, kawakawa oil and pumpkin textures.
