An unforgettable sunrise yoga experience, 186 metres above Auckland city. Take in the breath-taking 360° views, whilst saluting the sun from the edge of your yoga mat. Yoga in the Sky takes place at New Zealand’s most iconic building to start your mornings. Embrace a time for reflection and look forward to the new year with a guided yoga session high above the clouds.
Presented by Danielle Tollemache and Sohnal Naran
Danielle enjoys teaching a well-balanced class, focusing on the breath and classical yoga alignment. Danielle has a passion for sharing her love of yoga with the world. Whether you’re a beginning or an advanced yoga practitioner, you will walk away from Danielle’s class feeling accomplished, balanced and content.
Sohnal's style of teaching is a soulful reflection of her training in the disciplined lineages of Ashtanga, Bikram, and Restorative (Yin) yoga. Every session with Sohnal begins with stillness, allowing you a moment to observe your mind in this busy world, moving into Sun Salutations to build warmth, followed by asanas designed to challenge your center.

Once your online purchase has been completed you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. You will need to bring this email (either printed or in a readable form on your mobile device) to the Sky Tower ticket counter upon arrival on the specified date, where it will be exchanged for a singular Sky Tower Yoga session ticket.
Sky Tower Yoga single session tickets are valid for the selected booked date only. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered in any way. All visitors must be 15 years of age or over. Yoga mats are available upon arrival.
Visibility from the Main Observation Deck of the Sky Tower is not guaranteed dependent on the weather conditions.
Please be advised that the Sky Tower may be closed from time to time due to adverse weather conditions.
