Re-Entry Application

After Self-Identified Exclusion

To be eligible to apply for re-entry after Self-Identified Exclusion, you must:

• Have no Requirement to Leave and Not Enter Premises (RTLP) and/or trespass notices in force issued by a SkyCity venue in New Zealand

• Have completed the period of exclusion

• Submit a completed Re-Entry Application Form

After SkyCity Exclusion

To be eligible to apply for re-entry after SkyCity Exclusion, you must:

• Have no Requirement to Leave and Not Enter Premises (RTLP) and/or trespass notices in force issued by a SkyCity venue in New Zealand

• Have completed the two-year period of exclusion

• Submit a completed Re-Entry Application Form

• Provide written proof of having completed a minimum of 6 counselling sessions with a problem gambling treatment provider or equivalent expert

Once the process is finalised, you will receive confirmation in writing.

Remember: You cannot enter our gaming areas until your re-entry application has been approved. Re-entry is not guaranteed. SkyCity may also introduce additional re-entry conditions at its discretion.
