Pre-Commitment

As part of SkyCare, customers can set their personalised play limits by opting in for pre-commitment limits.

Gaming Machines

These limits can conveniently be set on any of our Gaming Machines. Press the ‘limits’ icon, then the ‘Pre-commitment’ tab and follow the onscreen prompts. The system will notify you when you are approaching and when you have reached those limits.

Table Games

Customers can set limits for Table Games based on the purchase and cash out of chips. To set personalised play limits for Table Games, download the application form, complete it and email it to hostresponsibility@skycity.co.nz. You must also include a copy of your ID.
