7-Course Omakase at MASU

Ten seats. One counter. A front-row view of Nic Watt at the height of his craft.

MASU’s omakase is built on fire and precision, seven courses that unfold course by course right in front of you, cooked, plated and finished at the table. It’s theatre as much as technique, with seasonal ingredients leading the menu and taking centre stage.
