Where do I pick up?

Your festive box can be collected from SkyCity Hotel via the Porte Cochére under the Sky Tower.

Simply go to SkyCity hotel, accessible via Federal Street and you'll be guided under the Sky Tower for pick up at Concierge. Your box will be ready for collection at the specified time on your confirmation. If you need any assistance on arrival, our team will be happy to help.
