Wētā Workshop Unleashed is part film set, part creative workshop — but all is not what it seems. Inside these paint-splattered walls, fantastical worlds are brought to life with Workshop wizardry: monsters, wildly realistic giants and one galactic robot.
How to redeem your Sky Tower visit
Bring your online confirmation (on your device or printed) to Sky Tower ticketing on the day of your visit. The Sky Tower may occasionally close due to adverse weather conditions.

In advance of your visit, book your Wētā Workshop Unleashed time slot by emailing bookings@wetaworkshop.co.nz or calling 04 909 4116 (calling charges may apply). If you do not pre-book, same-day entry is not guaranteed.

Offer is valid for Sky Tower and Wētā Workshop Unleashed entries via single adult pass, single child pass (3–14 years), single child/infant pass (2 years and under) and/or a two-adult family pass (2x adults and 2x children). Offer is available for purchase online via the Sky Tower website: https://skycityauckland.co.nz/sky-tower/.

Guests under the age of five can enter Wētā Workshop Unleashed free of charge, but complimentary entry to the Sky Tower is only granted to children aged two and under. If you purchase a free combo ticket for a child aged four or under, you may be required to pay their Sky Tower entrance fee on arrival if they are aged three or older.
Admission tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and void if altered in any way. Bookings are not required for Sky Tower; booking is required in advance by phone for Wētā Workshop Unleashed and same-day visit is not guaranteed. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
