Breakfast is at The Terrace, Level 7 of The Grand by SkyCity. Served 6:30–10:30am Mon–Fri, 7–11am weekends. If included in your booking, this is where you'll dine. Other breakfast options at SkyCity — check with reception on arrival.

Check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am.

Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out requests are noted but cannot be confirmed until arrival. To guarantee a late check-out, book the night of your departure date.

SkyCity Hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Yes, complimentary baggage storage is available at the Concierge desk after check-out. Contact the Concierge team to arrange.

SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted Super Saver parking rates if you spend a minimum of $40 at any SkyCity outlet on the day of parking. To redeem, get your car park ticket validated at the restaurant before exiting. View all parking options.

Unfortunately not, but we’d be delighted to make one for you. Please visit SUCRÉ by SkyCity at least 48 hours in advance of your booking and we’ll create something delicious within your budget. Only cakes purchased from us can be served in our restaurants.

While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.

Smoking is banned in all indoor spaces in New Zealand hospitality venues. At SkyCity Auckland we comply with the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990 and have 12 outdoor balconies for guests who wish to smoke during their visit.

At SkyCity, we are proud to provide you with a world-class environment to enjoy. We require a neat and tidy standard of dress at all times. The following items are not appropriate:

• Torn or damaged clothing (except fashionably distressed items)

• Dirty clothing or footwear

• Safety or trade clothing (e.g. safety vests)

• Sleeveless tops on men

• Gang patches or insignia

• Hats or caps (except for religious or medical reasons or within the Poker Zone)

• Sunglasses (except within the Poker Zone)

SkyCity reserves the right to refuse entry where patrons are not appropriately dressed.

You must be aged 20 years or older to enter the Gaming areas at SkyCity. The below forms of physical identification are accepted:

• Current passport

• Current NZ or AU driver's licence

• Current NZ firearms licence

• Current overseas national identity card (with signature or biometric data i.e. fingerprint)

Signing up to SHOW by SkyCity Rewards is free. Provided you are over the age of 20 and not excluded from entering SkyCity's premises you can sign up online or inside the Casino.

At SkyCity there are two ways to control your gambling: Self-identified exclusion and Third Party Exclusion. You can either call and speak to our Host Responsibility team on 09 363 6000, or if you are at the Casino, please visit the Security desk or speak to one of our security team. Yes, if you have sufficient SHOW by SkyCity Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your SHOW by SkyCity Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit. Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a SHOW by SkyCity Rewards Kiosk before redemption.

The maximum height for vehicles in SkyCity Main Site car park is 2.1 metres and in SkyCity Grand Hotel car park is 2.1 metres.

Some packages include parking — check your confirmation. Valet: NZ$60/night. Self-park: NZ$35/exit. Short-term (under 5hrs): Super Saver rates via Concierge. Pricing correct April 2024, subject to change.

The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Restaurant, bar, and attraction hours vary by venue and season — check the relevant venue or Sky Tower page for current times.

SkyCity is a 10-minute walk from Britomart / Waitematā, Auckland's main train and bus terminal, with several bus routes stopping nearby along Albert, Wellesley and Queen Streets. By car, it's easily reached from Auckland's motorway network — from the Southern Motorway, exit at Nelson Street and follow the signs to SkyCity. Auckland Airport is around 20–30 minutes away.
