We are excited to introduce you to our sensational new Sunday Japanese Yum Cha with Champagne Perrier-Jouët.
Everybody loves Yum Cha and Japanese food, so Chef Nic Watt has combined the best of both worlds to create our very own offering and we can’t wait for you to try it.
Taking over the menu on Sundays, is our Perrier-Jouët Yum Cha trolley. Filled with our signature sashimi, sushi, maki rolls and cold plates from which you can pick and choose from to share at the table. If you’re wanting something hot, like our signature lamb cutlets or our new black cod croquettes, these can be ordered straight from our à la carte menu. As always, it will be prepared right before your eyes in our open kitchen. For the perfect match, add on a flute of Perrier-Jouët.
