Chef Raymond Xue has designed a menu of high tea delectables for an exclusively weekend affair. Our Summer High Tea menu offers a sophisticated, modern take on the high tea tradition, with an Asian twist thanks to offerings of dumplings—steamed or fried—and red bean mousse served in a classic birdcage. With a luscious selection of Zealong tea to choose from, this High Tea experience is the perfect indulgence.
