Orbit offers a modern set-menu dining experience in a relaxed, open atmosphere with a delicious kiwi-inspired menu that features the best local and seasonal produce. As New Zealand's only rotating restaurant offering 360-degree views, it's an unforgettable experience that never ceases to delight.
All dinner reservations are subject to a maximum dining time of two hours, and lunch bookings are limited to 1.5 hours. Bookings are essential; walk-ins are based on availability.

SkyCity does not offer free parking when you dine. We offer discounted Super Saver parking rates if you spend a minimum of $40 at any SkyCity outlet on the day of parking. To redeem, get your car park ticket validated at the restaurant before exiting. View all parking options.
Valet parking is available at SkyCity Hotel and The Grand by SkyCity on the day of dining for $60. For alternative parking options please click here.
While most of our meat suppliers are Halal certified, all meat preparation is completed in a SkyCity central kitchen so we cannot guarantee that meat is Halal.
No, unfortunately not.
Yes, a credit card, contactless and online payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply. The surcharge helps us recover some of the merchant fee costs charged by banks and credit card companies. Payments using cash or debit cards (contactless is chargeable) are not affected. If you have any questions about the surcharge, please speak with the Duty Manager.
Our current casual, Super Saver and Early Bird rates for both the SkyCity Main Car Park and the NZICC & Horizon by SkyCity Car Park are set out in the parking rates table.
We ask that any cancellation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $50 per person will be applied to the credit card on file. Cake orders prepaid will not be refunded if cancelled less than 24 hours prior.
No, access to the Sky Tower observation level is not included as part of your reservation.
Guests are welcome to bring their own cake to celebrate a special occasion. However, cakes may not be brought as a substitute for a dessert from the Orbit menu. The cake must be brought by the person who made the reservation. Upon arrival, this guest will be required to sign a waiver form confirming they are aware of ingredients and allergens, shelf life requirements, and that Orbit 360° Dining cannot refrigerate or freeze outside cakes. Please note Orbit 360° Dining is not an allergen-free environment.
