Self Check-In

Make the most of every moment and skip the queues with self check-in at SkyCity Hotel.

You can use self check-in if:

• Your reservation is for an individual room (no group or multiple rooms)
• Your reservation has no package or voucher inclusions
• You are using a valid photo I.D. — e.g. Passport or NZ driver's licence
• You are using a credit card to provide pre-authorisation

Please see Reception if:

• You are booked on a group reservation, air crew or gaming reservation
• You are providing a cash bond or Eftpos deposit
• You are booked for a stay in the family suite
• You are booked on a package with voucher inclusions
• You are checking out and requiring an exit pass from the car park
