SkyCity Auckland is a large entertainment destination and if you're staying in one of our hotels you'll find that you can charge some of your experiences with us to your room key card and pay at the end of your stay. That includes the Federal Street dining precinct, Sky Tower admissions and treatments at East Day Spa.
Is parking inclusive with accommodation?
Some hotel packages or offers include parking, please check your confirmation for what is included in your booking.
- Valet parking is available at a charge of NZ$55.00 per night for unlimited car retrievals.
- Self parking is available at a charge of NZ$35.00 per exit, a minimum of NZ$35 per day
- Short-term hotel guest parking (five hours or less) is available, please see the hotel Concierge for Super Saver parking rates.

$30 per person served daily from 7am
Choose from a selection of continental and cooked items with coffee and tea.
If breakfast is included in your bookings this is where you will dine.
Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast is at Fortuna, located on level 3 of SkyCity
$27.90 per person served 7am to 9.30am
An extensive buffet breakfast selection is on offer. From cereal selections, petite pastries and fresh yoghurt to continental meats, cheeses or any of the mouth-watering cooked breakfast classics such as bacon, eggs and sausages. To top it all off, there is unlimited coffee and tea. No matter what you fancy waking up to, Fortuna has something for everyone.
Other breakfast options within SkyCity Auckland are: In-Room Dining, Federal Delicatessen and Depot.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Guaranteed check-in time starts from 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
Can I please have an early check in or late check out?
We would be more than happy to note an early check-in request against your booking; however as a request this is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed until arrival. To guarantee an early check-in you would be required to book the night prior to your arrival date.
We can offer you a late check-out on complimentary basis up to midday. However, a check-out after midday would be available at a surcharge of NZ$30.00 including GST per hour basis up to 3pm. After 3pm a full night's accommodation charge will be applicable.
Does SkyCity Hotel have a swimming pool?
SkyCity Hotel does not have a swimming pool. SkyCity Grand Hotel has a lap pool.
Can I leave my bags in storage after check-out?
Yes, we can arrange baggage storage post check-out at the concierge’s desk without any charge. Please contact the concierge team after check-out.
Can I book a group?
Yes, we offer great rates for groups for any occasion.
