When will the SkyCity main car park be open?

The car park is now open during Alert Level 2 however, to reduce face to face contact, the cashier booth at the Hobson Street exit will not be in operation.

Is Valet Parking available?

Yes, Valet Parking is now available during Alert Level 2.

I'm Premier Rewards member, do I need to know anything?

Gold, Silver and Black Premier Rewards Members - As a reminder, please always use your Premier Rewards card to enter and exit the car park, this will avoid delays at our exits and unnecessary contact with members of staff.   

If you encounter issues when trying to exit, our Premier Hosts will be called and can assist. Please press the intercom button for help first.

Ruby and Sapphire Premier Rewards members – As a reminder, please always use your Premier Rewards card to enter or exit the car park or check your points balance prior to exit.

If you encounter issues when trying to exit, please press the intercom button for assistance and advise your card number. You may be required to pay additional fees

If upon exiting, your point balance is insufficient, please press the intercom button for assistance and advise your card number. You may be required to pay additional fees. A car park attendant will provide an EFTPOS unit at the exit and you will be charged Supersaver rate (if applicable). Alternatively, you will be directed to the closest pay machine for full payment.

Any other issues, please speak to a Premier Host prior to exiting to avoid any delays. 

I'm entitled to a discount, what should I do?

You can apply discounts at our kiosks by inserting your parking ticket followed by your Premier Reward card. If applicable, the discount will be applied on the pay machine.

I've validated my parking, but something isn’t right?

Please visit the P2 car park office near the exit for Nelson street and our staff will be able to assist you. Always remember to keep your receipts for validating purposes.
